About Adimitra

Adimitra is a share registrar that has been operating since 1990 with a license from the Ministry of Finance in November 1990 under the name PT. Adimitra Transferindo, which operated until December 31, 2014. Subsequent operations have been carried out by PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora since January 1, 2015 whose ultimate shareholder is an individual not affiliated with any business group (INDEPENDENT).

PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora has obtained the approval of the Minister of Law and Human Rights with the number AHU-01650.40.10-2014 dated April 8, 2014 and has also obtained a business license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with the number Kep-41/D.04/2014 dated September 19, 2014.

As a registered Share Registrar, PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora is a member of the Indonesian Association of Share Registrars (ABI) with member number ABI/II/2015-012.
